Mistral recently delivered five brand new Alexander Dennis Enviro200 to Craig’s Coaches. The family-owned operator secured new contracts from SPT Glasgow, and the five 8.9m vehicles are now in service, operating out of Glasgow Buchanan bus station through to Lanarkshire.

The ADL Enviro200 was the operator’s vehicle of choice as they comply with Glasgow’s low emission zones, offer passenger comfort and reliability, and are supported by Mistral and ADL’s aftersales service.

Says Mike Gillen, Mistral’s Regional Sales Manager covering Scotland: “It’s been a pleasure supporting Craig’s Coaches with their fleet upgrade requirements. These quality brand new ADL vehicles are the perfect solution for their newly won contracts and will provide a range of benefits for both their passengers and operation.”

Craig Donnelly, Director at Craig’s Coaches, adds: “We are a family-run business of 20 years. We are happy to support local manufacturing. The ADL aftercare has been excellent and very supportive. Mistral was a pleasure to do business with. We were awarded further SPT contracts operating the 72, 178 and 310 services. We invested in the Enviro200 to be LEZ compliant in Glasgow City Centre – the Enviro200 can accommodate increasing capacity demand and offer passengers more comfort and greater relatability.”
